Proposed Draft Variations of the Dublin City Development Plan 2016 – 2022 – closing date for submissions is 8th January 2020

Councillor Heney wishes to advise constituents about a proposal to vary the Dublin City Development Plan 2016-2022 to rezone a number of primarily “industrial use” zoned sites to primarily “residential and mixed use” zoned sites. Sites in our Dublin Bay North Constituency included in the proposed variation include the following;

* Mornington Business Park, Malahide Road, Dublin 5,
* Sites at Malahide Road (adjacent to Mornington Grove), Malahide Road, Dublin 5,
* Site at Harmonstown Road, Dublin 5 and
* Esmond Avenue, Fairview Strand, Dublin 3.
