Bathing water notice lifted from Dollymount

Cllr. Heney wishes to advise constituents that the bathing water notice at Dollymount beach was lifted yesterday following water sampling which confirmed that the bathing water was within the excellent water quality classification range.

The bathing water notice was put in place by Dublin City Council following an incident on Tuesday 5 June caused by the breakdown of a pump at the Spencer Dock Pumping Station and subsequent overflow at East Wall.
